We are looking for an individual to play a key role leading a highly visible and motivated sales team that generates revenues and achieves individual and organizational quotas.

Below are the desired capabilities and traits for the RSD of Quip Sales Enterprise Business Units in the segment Key/Select to successfully lead and drive our desired outcomes:

  • Lead and support a team of 3 direct reports by setting overall strategy, driving comprehensive territory and account planning and deal execution to achieve success
  • Ability to recruit, develop and retain a high performing enterprise sales organization
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceed quota
  • Proven track record in Solution Selling with specific examples of business case value
  • Strong software sales experience in an individual contributor and management role, including sales management experience of 5+ years
  • Set and execute an aggressive customer acquisition strategy to generate 20%+ growth in annual contract value for the segment
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting week over week. Measure, manage and drive individual and Team activities, pipe generation and ACV attainment
  • Drive a consistent, measured and managed Sales process that ensures ACV/TCV attainment and also improves Quip AE productivity
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings per AE. Coach direct reports on areas of improvement or course correction to achieve success. From strategies to closure.
  • Plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
  • Ability to work in conjunction and partnership with "Core" Sales Management , Account Executive Teams and other eco-system partner. Core relationships a plus
  • Ability to successfully manage and lead in a "start-up" culture with ambiguity and ability to be "scrappy"
  • Possesses the traits that lend to collaboration, teaming and a results orientation
  • Experience selling cloud based enterprise applications
  • Proven success working within a highly matrixed organization and establishing strong relationships across all functions
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills.
  • Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced and "start up" environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
