Salesforce's Innovation Center is the epicenter of Salesforce's executive engagement strategy. We deliver immersive experiences that enable us to better understand our customers' needs and map them to inspiring outcomes. This key Innovation Center team member is responsible for the custom engagement of our top customer and prospect executives. This person will contribute to a team responsible for the creation and governance of the SIC content strategy, developing reusable content and immersive experiences that fuel executive engagements at our Innovation Centers. The Content Strategist determines content needs by industry and line of business, as well as how that content will be obtained and curated. This person serves as an expert in marrying SIC content to specific customer business goals. A key part of this role will be to design content that is immersive, inspiring, and differentiated.

This is a very high visibility role, ensuring Salesforce differentiates and inspires the market at the senior-most levels.   • Own & develop the Salesforce Innovation Center Content Playbook
  • Work with key Salesforce executives, the industry's most innovative marketing team and strategic partners to position Salesforce for each executive team that visits Salesforce's Innovation Center
  • Pre-meeting research on customer business performance, market situation, and needs
  • Work with account teams to develop compelling and immersive experiences in the Innovation Center that solves for the customers' most pressing problems
  • Be custodian for presentation content quality and consistency across Innovation Center engagements
  • Interact with senior executives to determine current content voids and create and develop impactful and innovative engagement presentations
  • Collaborate across the company to source content to align with the goals of the SIC
  • Maintain, Grow & Improve our library of standard content

  • BA or equivalent undergraduate degree required with strong academic credentials
  • 3+ years of experience in a professional services firm environment with exposure to one or more of the following functional disciplines: knowledge management, consulting, marketing, research, strategic planning, business development, product development, and/or project management

Experience/Skills Required
  • Proven track record in crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content
  • Solid business sense combined with structured problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • High energy, charismatic, innovative, creative
  • Passion for software-as- a-service, technology and disruptive thinking
  • Dynamic confident personality with ability to successfully drive projects with minimal guidance
  • Advanced Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Apple Keynote skills
  • Good business sense combined with structured problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Strong project and process management skills; proven track record driving complex projects and multiple workstreams from concept to completion
  • Pragmatic and results-focused while still being organized and attentive to detail
  • Ability to keep calm under pressure, prioritize tasks and quickly move to decision-making
  • Driven by intellectual curiosity with the ability to self-motivate and work semi-autonomously
  • Excellent written and verbal ability: business level English language skills required
  • Superior customer service attitude and ability to contribute to the team
  • Experience in developing innovative, compelling, and differentiated market positioning and presentations
  • Experience in coaching sales teams in creating custom sales presentations
  • Strong facilitation skills, ability to balance conversation in mixed groups, bravery to tell hard truths and manage political dynamics, effectively drive participants towards promising new and unconventional ideas
  • Executive interviewing and secondary research skills (primary research skills a big plus)
  • Knowledge of enterprise business processes and technology
  • Knowledge of strategy, business model design, design thinking, and innovation
