The Industries & Partners Strategy team is a high-performance team chartered with providing a mix of sound strategic advice combined with practical operational insight. We work on the most pressing issues for the business and we have very hands on involvement in making the fast-paced business unit a success. The pace and environment feels more like a start-up than a big corporation. The background of the team includes a mix of top tier strategic consulting (Bain, BCG, etc), financial institutions, strong operational experience, and deep knowledge of the Enterprise Business Partner Ecosystem (SIs, ISVs, VARs, etc).

The Director will work alongside other principals on the team to deliver on cross functional initiatives. Example of projects you will work on range from the very strategic to the very operational: evaluate market and product opportunities, business planning, market segmentation, sales pipeline analysis, and regular business performance review. You will interact with all areas of the organization and get good exposure to very senior executives.

The successful candidate will possess very strong analytical capabilities, strong work ethic, is a fast learner and highly collaborative. Demonstrating experience in developing Go-To-Market strategies, long range business planning and tracking performance through concrete KPIs is a must. We consider candidates from other business or engineering backgrounds that can demonstrate solid analytical and business capabilities.

Required Skills / Experience:
