What You'll Do
We have an exciting Cyber Security Specialist - Stealthwatch-ISE-Tetration position open in support of our Americas Global Security Sales Organization (GSSO)! You will be a highly motivated, entrepreneurial-minded sales professional who has a real passion for delivering elite technology and services that protect our customers from the network to the endpoint to the cloud.
As part of your DNA, you are a bold, self-starter with the ability to build a partnership with Segment and Area leadership, develop and execute sales strategies and tactics that maximize Cisco's opportunity within the customer environment, position and promote the partner and customer value proposition for Stealthwatch Enterprise, Stealthwatch Cloud, ISE and Tetration. You will be able to articulate Cisco's product and business strategies, and build the demand that makes deals happen!

  • Lead the integration of Cisco security with Stealthwatch Enterprise (previously known as Lancope) and Stealthwatch Cloud (Observable Networks) ISE and Tetration. Alignment with the GSSO Sales Play and Encrypted Threat Analytics (ETA) is crucial.
  • Develop Segment and Area sales plans and be responsible for crisp execution and accurate forecasting
  • Ability to be a sales specialist for larger Stealthwatch ISE and Tetration opportunities.
  • Motivating and developing the GSSO US Global Service Provider (GSP) Security account team's ability to drive opportunities.
  • Develop and Drive business via channel programs and partners in the Area's to accelerate scale
  • Provide forecasting and business reports for the Segment and Area's
  • Perform quarterly and annual performance reviews for the teams.
Who You Will Work With
In this role as Cyber Security Specialist you will lead the sales campaign for US GSP. In partnership with the America's GSP GSSO leadership, you will develop and execute sales strategies and tactics that maximize Cisco's opportunities with customers with a focus on Stealthwatch ISE and Tetration. Along with sales planning, this position is responsible for accurate forecasting, owning large sales opportunities in partnership with the account teams and expansion of opportunities, and reinforcing existing relationships. You possess strategic business and technical knowledge and can succeed as a leader and mentor in a demanding and rewarding sales environment. This is a good opportunity to apply your entrepreneur skill sets.
Direct customer/partner contact will comprise a major portion of this assignment. You will have both the sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer discussions to advance the Stealthwatch sales process. You will work very closely with various Business Unit (BU) team to drive mutual success.
Who You Are
  • BA degree - MBA or graduate degree preferred
  • 10+ years sales experience and/or sale enablement within Cisco
  • 10+ years of sales experience
  • Specific examples of closing large, strategic deals as well as managing sales enablement plans
  • Knowledge of America's market trends
  • Strong leadership skills in a cross-functional teaming environment
  • Strategic technical and security knowledge
  • Ability to lead dispersed indirect account teams in selling Cisco Security solutions, with a focus on Stealthwatch Enterprise and Stealthwatch Cloud, ISE and Tetration.
