What You'll Do
You will drive the digital sales transformation of Cisco's virtual sales organization through a strategy that combines digital platforms, analytics, people and processes. Leverage platforms, data science models and digital selling tools and capabilities to evolve the way we sell across all motions, including Land, Embrace, Expand and Renew. Interlock with sales leadership, marketing and operations to develop and lead an effective digital selling strategy in the Americas through the Insidesales.com platform. Develop and own the Insidesales.com platform vision, strategy and execution plan. Implement onboarding, enablement and training plans and drive the ongoing optimization and adoption of the platform. Help drive the platform capability roadmap and feature improvements. Lead reporting and communication plans to all business partners. Own the successful implementation, ongoing adoption and ultimate success of Insidesales.com in the Americas that will transform the way we engage with customers in a digital, consumption-oriented market.
As DE&A continues to transform how Cisco serves its customers with a rich, personalized digital experience, we are working to provide the same for our internal sales teams. This role will be critical to the overall success and implementation of Insidesales.com for the Americas sales organization.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Provide solutions for adoption barriers, troubleshooting and platform inquiries via WebEx Team support channels, live trainings and 1:1 conversations with sellers.
  • Proactively connect and engage with sellers in social channels and share content and advice to help them get the most from their InsidesSales.com platform.
  • Effectively communicate with sellers while documenting conversations, engagements, and solutions in multiple systems.
  • Conduct regular trainings to onboard new sales team members onto the InsideSales.com platform
  • Work with sales teams, marketing teams and IT to analyze, isolate, research, and solve adoption barriers related to InsideSales.com.
  • Successfully consult with sellers to discover improvement opportunities for the platform as it evolves.
  • Provide seller feedback to Cisco stakeholders to continuously optimize the digital customer experience.
  • Generate and present reporting to update stakeholders on the ongoing performance, usage and success of the platform

Who You Are
  • You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • You are a visionary; with initiative to drive forward with goals independently
  • You have strong conceptual/analytical/creative thinker, with an aim to take others with you
  • You pay strong attention to detail and have a desire to provide high quality results.
  • You hold a degree in business, marketing, sales, operations, or equivalent, with 4+ years of meaningful sales, business development or marketing experience.
  • Shown project management skills with desire to lead multiple projects at a time
  • You have experience working in a virtual sales organization
  • Experience with digital selling tools and capabilities including marketing automation platforms
  • Well versed with and history of success using Salesforce.com
